1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Informational purpose only. The content on this Site is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Your use of the Site is also subject to our Medical Disclaimer and Privacy Notice, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

3. No provider-patient relationship. Using the Site, submitting a form, or sending us a message does not create a provider-patient relationship. That relationship begins only after you complete an intake, are accepted as a patient, and enter into a care agreement with us.

4. Not for emergencies. This Site is not monitored for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health crisis, call 911, go to the nearest emergency room, or call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

5. Acceptable use. When you use the Site, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

  • Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or any account.

  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

  • Send sensitive health information through our contact forms or general email, since these are not secure channels.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
